Introductory Consultations

After this initial meeting, we will follow up to recommend the services that will best
meet your needs.
Individual and Family Consultations
Once your needs have been assessed, our specialists are available to provide private consultations (phone, Zoom, or in-person), individual and family counseling, referrals and recommendations to professional and community services to meet your dementia care needs.
Fee: $130/session

You don’t have to do this alone! Support groups bring together care partners to discuss the impact of dementia on their lives and the lives of the person they care for, as well as providing information, encouragement and resources.
Sage offers support group options to meet your needs. Whether you prefer in-person or online,
we have a group for you.

Education about dementia care best practices is essential for meeting the needs of persons living with dementia and their care partners both at home and in healthcare facilities. We offer online and in-person presentations about a wide range of topics relevant to your dementia journey.

We have compiled a comprehensive resource library that includes links to our favorite websites and community resources to support you and supplement your caregiving needs. Visit our Resource Library page for more information.
The Virtual Dementia Tour® mimics the reality of a person living with dementia. Within this virtual reality experience, various simulations are used to limit and distort vision, inhibit fine motor skills, overwhelm auditory senses, and create a feeling of confusion and disorientation. This experience can help family care partners, friends, and healthcare professionals to gain a better sense of the issues facing both the person living with dementia and those with whom they interact.
Sage dementia specialists have been trained to facilitate the VDT experience. Visit the Virtual Dementia Tour® page to learn more and schedule an event.
